How much are trees this year?
$75 for all trees. Cash, check or Venmo only! No credit or debit cards.
Do you provide saws?
Yes. Chainsaws are not allowed for insurance reasons.
Do you bale the trees?
Yes. This makes the tree easier to carry and put on or in your vehicle.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, well behaved dogs on a leash. Also there are a couple dog waste stations on the farm so if you forget a clean-up bag, we’ve got you covered.
Will you be providing carts this year?
Yes. You will be picking them up closer to the parking lots this year and can take the tree out to the lot in the cart and then return it to the pickup area.
Do you take charge cards?
No. We will be accepting Venmo again this year with an additional $2 convenience charge. So now cash, check or Venmo (@WinterberryFarm) are acceptable methods of payment.
Is the warming shed open this year?
Yes, that is the plan! It will be in the newer red barn. The warming area used pre-Covid is now used for wreath making so there is less congestion in the wreath area.
Are you serving hot chocolate this year?
Yes, that is the plan! Although it is free, we will have a donation jar available and proceeds will be given to Killingworth's Helping Hands~~helping Killingworth families in need.
What will be in the new red barn on the farm?
In addition to a warming area and hot chocolate on weekends, there is a gift shop where we will be selling many items hand-crafted from products on the farm including maple cutting boards, sassafras serving trays, walking sticks, wooden Christmas trees to display a special ornament, galvanized buckets, birch reindeer as well as Winterberry Farm caps and beanies!
